Because TubeText provides digital processing, completed transcription usage is generally not refundable unless required by law or caused by a billing error.

Contact us if you were charged twice, cannot access paid features, cancelled but were still billed, or believe a charge was unauthorized.

EU consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights. If you request immediate digital performance, those rights may be limited once the service is delivered, as permitted by applicable law.
