FAQ for EU Consumers

Updated July 12, 2026

This page provides concise consumer information for TubeText users in the European Union.

1. Payment and delivery

TubeText provides digital transcription features online. The price, billing period, taxes, and included features are shown before a paid purchase.

Paid digital access normally begins immediately after payment. Transcript availability still depends on the source video, accessible captions, and third-party platform availability.

2. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Digital service conformity

Paid digital services should match the description and functionality presented at purchase. If they do not, remedies may be available under applicable consumer law.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for certain purchases. If you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content or a digital service, the withdrawal right may be limited after delivery begins or is completed, where permitted by applicable law.

5. Refunds

If a paid feature is not delivered because of a technical issue, contact support. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required by applicable law.

6. Support and complaints

Contact support@tubetext.app for delivery, billing, cancellation, or consumer-rights questions. Complaints are reviewed without limiting any statutory rights you may have.
